Initial Consultation

Once the Application Form has been filled out and reviewed, participants will receive a complimentary video conference to meet Guillermo. During the meeting it will be determined the type of treatment, duration, costs and possible arrival date if the services can meet the participants needs.

The initial consultation allows to determine specifically the treatment that will be recommended and for participants to feel if it resonates with what they are seeking.

Deposit

Due to the individualized nature of our services, space is extremely limited and our calendar books up very quickly. Once participants have decided to commit to their healing process, an initial deposit is required to reserve their space. The reservation will be confirmed and the space will be held once the deposit is received in full.

The deposit amount is 50% of the treatment cost and is NON-REFUNDABLE. Because of our limited space and inability to fill cancelled spots we are unable to make special considerations and must strictly enforce our no deposit refund policy.

The deposit serves as an anchor to help participants to overcome the difficulties that may arise before initiating treatment as usually requires huge sacrifice, great strength and will power. The deposit helps to keep participants committed on their upcoming healing journey and to fully reserve the space for the established period of time.

Full Payment

The remaining payment must be made in full 30 days prior to the arrival date. If the agreement to do the treatment was less than 30 days to the arrival date, the full payment is required in a single deposit no less than 15 days before arrival date. 

Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable.

Remaining 50% of your payment:

  • Cancellation 20 to 30 days before arrival date – 100% refund
  • Cancellation 10 to 19 days before arrival date – 50% refund
  • Cancellation 1 to 9 days before arrival date – 20% refund

Once the participant begins their treatment, no part of their payment is refundable. However the possibility to change the treatment to another date is given in case an emergency arises and there is a need to leave the center during the healing process or the need to arrive in a later date.

If participants decide to leave during treatment, their is absolutely no refund under any circumstance.

It is important for participants to have fully covered the payment of their healing process before they begin treatment. However, if your situation requires special consideration, we are open to discuss a payment policy that will be suitable for your needs. We want to be as flexible as needed in order to have the opportunity to serve the healing process as is what is most important to us.
